I was in town for a cooking competition and had my Gi with me. This was one of the most challenging gyms of my entire Jiujitsu Experience. We learned some wrestling style arm drags into single leg takedown. I'll definitely be incorporating some of this into my game. It was a pleasure to train here. My son (6) and I really enjoy this gym. John and his team are knowledgeable, patient and all around good people. My son absolutely loves jiu jitsu and almost never wants to miss a class. We can’t recommend Salty Dog enough!
