I went back in October for my birthday, and the space was very clean and quiet. I did halo therapy, sauna and infrared therapy. Very relaxing, and I felt very clear headed and noticed a difference in my breathing afterwards. Towanda was sweet and played Stevie Wonder’s “Happy Birthday” for me at the end of the service 🤩.
Towanda was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional! Best sauna i’ve been in! I can’t wait to go back!
I had such a lovely experience at Salty Space! I received the Red light therapy due to chronic back pain that I have been experiencing lately. My pain level went down just after one treatment. I will definitely be back for more.
I had the salt therapy. the woman working there was so polite and kind. It was very relaxing listening to a guided meditation. I just felt so peaceful afterwards.
