What a great tech to find. He was knowledgeable and explained what was needing to be done before he started. He answered a ton of my questions as he was working and was not bothered by my asking so many things. He worked quickly and did not leave a mess like some do. I will use him again if I need more work done. On top of all of that he is a USMC veteran.
Charles at Salty RV is worth every bit of his 5 STAR rating! Charles is prompt, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and does quality repair work. In addition to repairing a plumbing issue in our recently purchased (used) Class C, he went above and beyond answering questions that we had about various other systems on the coach, and how to best care for them!
