Very disappointing. Leah expects to be paid when you schedule your appointment. In my case, she left before my appointment because I elected to pay in the normal way; even though her sign said walk-ups welcome. My wife and I rarely fuss and we always tip well, especially locally, and we never cancel appointments or reservations or blow people off. Thank you so much for fixing my hair today Janie! I went to a local (very highly rated) salon yesterday with hair down to the middle of my butt .. I walked out with 13" missing and cried all day. I didn't even realize how bad the haircut was until today.. she ruined my hair. I stopped by salty roots in tears this morning and asked if they could help me. AMAZING! Donated my hair for Wigs for Kids with the help of Destani here. She was absolutely fantastic and a joy to be styled by. I went from 21" down to bald in one sitting and never had such a great time getting a haircut. The facility is very clean and well decorated, looks brand new. Both stylists in were beyond friendly and a had a wonderful vibe throughout. I felt they were very knowledgeable and very comfortable the whole time I was there. I'm looking forward to going back already!

Salty Roots Salon is cute, crisp, and cozy. I was greeted by the Lovely Leah & Delightful Destani. I appreciate that Leah supports Wigs for Kids, as my hair was extremely long & she took the time to cut the length to donate! Then I was treated to an amazing scalp message as Destani washed & conditioned my hair. I had a broad idea of what cut I wanted, but Leah & Destani made it real & better than I could have imagined!
