Kayla was our server at the pool she was so kind and attentive we had a great time and love the souvenir cup we took home.
Kristina and Valentina are the best bartenders and make this outdoor bar so great! Even busy, they make you feel special and welcome. Come spend your weekend with these ladies, you won't regret it! We had the best experience.
This review must be balanced on the reality of what I experienced. I never met anyone there working with a poor attitude, everyone was very nice and pleasant. However, the staffing was short during a few days of our stay. They were overwhelmed with the amount of people eon the nicest days. This means the service experience suffered. Basically one or two people helping hundreds of people at the pool, that is not doing the service staff any favors. Oriana was awesome. Very friendly and informative and gave suggestions off the menu. Very happy she was able to help us. The drinks were great too!!
Drinks were ok. We waited over an hour then found out our server forgot to place the order so we never got any food :(
