.Simply put this office and the front desk and the techs I would have loved to give 5 stars to. It broke my heart that I have to judge the place on one person. Because the vet, Dr Janet Buckley gave my suffering cat a one star exam due to an old grudge and me having a poop personality I guess. In the end though she was paid to help my cat. We were very appreciative of the compassionate folks at Salty Paws yesterday when we had to say good bye to our fur baby, Tucker. Always a tough decision made better by their compassion. Thank you.
I have been to countless vet practices in my life, and Salty Paws is extremely impressive. The design is very well thought out, with individual entrances from the parking lot to each exam room which alleviates any risk of interactions between pets in a conventional style waiting room. They were the 3 rd vet I tried since I moved here in August! Let me tell you the 3rd time is a charm. They are the closest to my vet I had used prior to my move. I highly recommend Salty Paws Animal Hospital, Dr. Roger’s and their team are absolutely amazing. I brought my cat in for a sick visit as a first time patient and they were incredibly gentle and compassionate with her. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions, making sure I felt comfortable and informed about my pets condition and treatment plan.
