Unfortunately, the service here has been extremely disappointing. Every time my husband comes in for an appointment and sees Kadi, he leaves feeling rushed and as though his appointment is more of an inconvenience than anything else. The overall attitude and lack of willingness to help make for a very uncomfortable experience. Had a horrible experience. I showed the girl a picture of the shape I wanted. Told her I wanted light brown color. End result they were so thick/ horrible shape. Plus they were jet black. After telling her she made them supper uneven and a horrible shape. Tried to gaslight me telling me the line was straight and she didn’t know what to do with them. Owner tried to help and I think she did the best she could with them. Still left with very uneven and weird shaped brows. Left supper unhappy and wish I would have never came in ... read more
