I have attended classes at 5 different CrossFit gyms on a somewhat regular basis since like 2013 and I can say Salty Hive has been my favorite by a landslide. From fantastic educated coaches, to kickass members! They really do put in the work to give their members a truly great CrossFit/gym experience.
I haven’t been a regular here for very long, but I’ve been coming on and off for a couple of months now as I’m just getting back into it. What I’ve experienced is an incredibly welcoming community. Not only do the coaches make sure everyone feels welcome, but the athletes do the same. The programming is also top-notch. Thank you for everything, and keep up the great work!

By far the best gym in the SLC area! I started almost a year ago, and have been so impressed not only with the gym staff, but the overall community! If you are looking for a fun gym that has an amazing atmosphere, then Salty Hive is the spot!
Dropped in from out of town on a work trip, great space and really knowledgeable coaches. Was only there for one class but everyone was super welcoming and friendly, seems like a great community to be apart of.
