By far the best gym in the SLC area! I started almost a year ago, and have been so impressed not only with the gym staff, but the overall community! If you are looking for a fun gym that has an amazing atmosphere, then Salty Hive is the spot!
Dropped in from out of town on a work trip, great space and really knowledgeable coaches. Was only there for one class but everyone was super welcoming and friendly, seems like a great community to be apart of.
This is by far the best CrossFit in Utah! The coaches are incredible. I made more progress at this gym than anywhere else. Would definitely recommend!
