Working with Salty Dog Custom Homes was pretty much a pleasure from the beginning to the end of the project. My husband and I had never built a home before. Tom Lumsden was very patient and understanding, and took us through the process step-by-step. Tom has a great crew of contractors for every stage of home building. I had several friends warn me of the pitfalls of building a home, but we experienced none of these with Salty Dog Construction. Our home was built by Salty Dog Custom Homes in 2020. We have built four homes over the years, and this was the best experience we’ve had. Tom helped us finalize our plans and select the best location for the house on our property. He suggested several ideas to enhance the interior and exterior design of the house. We are completely satisfied with the house and recommend Tom as a very competent, knowledgeable and professional person and contractor.

Tom and LuAnn were great to work with. I have recommended Salty Dog Custom Homes to a lot of people already. High quality home builder. This was our 3 home we have built but our first with Tom, everything went smoothly. We are enjoying our home in the NN. Thank you Tom and LuAnn we could not be happier with our new home.
