The product heavily damaged the protective coating on my yacht when I had my trusted location for having it detailed use them. The customer service is nonexistent, they will not take accountability at all.
The chemicals they sell to clean your boat gave my expensive pain job a chemical burn. Horrible place as well, they’re stuck up people that treat you as though you’re beneath them.
BUYER BEWARE. Terrible customer service. Missing items in my order and no one answers. No responses to my emails.
No customer service have made several attempts to get a hold of them about their product being broken and cannot get through or get any results… it broke within the first two uses
Update: customer service responded back & apologized for delay. Terrible customer service. My review may change if someone can finally contact me about my order I was supposed to have received 3 days ago. They keep their office phone line on busy so not able to contact them. As well, the contact email listed is not in service if you need to contact customer service in any way.
