Update: customer service responded back & apologized for delay. Terrible customer service. My review may change if someone can finally contact me about my order I was supposed to have received 3 days ago. They keep their office phone line on busy so not able to contact them. As well, the contact email listed is not in service if you need to contact customer service in any way.
Well, I don’t know how there products actually are. I made my first order over 3 weeks ago and still have no product. The label was created , but hasn’t moved since. I have sent numerous emails with no replies. Go buy somewhere else

Salty captain has misleading ads. One price on the website and you get billed for approximately $30 more. They will not refund they just say their team was made aware and can’t refund. SCAM!!! Do not buy. Better products out there from more trustworthy companies.
Absolutely loved the Car Wash Essentials Kit, had everything you’d need to get your car looking amazing. Super happy with everything included as well!
