Very disappointed! First time dealing with SB went relatively smooth until I received my first invoice that was marked "Past Due." Bookkeeper said "that's the way our billing works." Next time I called was a disaster! It began May 5th to fix a transponder. They needed to order another due to age. I heard back in July that part was received. Now it's August and, finally, job completed. I wrote telling them to fix issue by August 1 or I was cancelling project. Lo and behold, install occurred July 31!! We are new to sailing and bought a sailboat last fall. Salty Boys supported us every step of the way - doing great maintenance and repair work as well as fielding a few frantic emergency calls when we couldn’t figure something out as newbies. We’re so appreciative for their work. Jamie was our primary mechanic and we loved working with him! Can’t recommend enough!

Rick did a great job on a sailboat mechanical survey for me. He was super thorough and found a bunch of issues that no one else had. He got back to me very quickly with answers to all of my questions and was a valuable advisor throughout the process. I would highly recommend him and his team.
