I recently had an amazing experience at Saltwater Wellness and recommend it highly. Kate is an incredibly perceptive massage therapist who patiently relaxed tight and tense muscles that had been causing me pain and discomfort from both working at home and years of running. Kate is friendly, kind, and welcoming, and has created a space that is relaxing while adhering to all the latest public health protocols. I will be returning to Saltwater Wellness frequently.
Kate is great. She has set up a lovely, warm setting and provided all of the COVID precautions called for and beyond. She is a highly skilled practitioner who listened to me and my body ('one in the same,' she would say!). Highly recommended.
