I had a 90 minute massage with Laila today. It was absolutely the best massage I've ever had! She read my tense old body well and did the most amazing work using a combination of swedish relaxation massage and other pressure techniques that release a lot of tense muscles. Especially my most tense muscles in my back, neck, shoulders, and glutes. I will definitely be booking future massage with Laila, and highly recommend her work.
Kate is an absolute magician. She is incredibly intuitive and knowledgeable about the body and her space and energy are blissfully calming. And I know she has high standards for herself and all practitioners so this practice is a win with any practitioner! Highly recommend!

I recently had an amazing experience at Saltwater Wellness and recommend it highly. Kate is an incredibly perceptive massage therapist who patiently relaxed tight and tense muscles that had been causing me pain and discomfort from both working at home and years of running. Kate is friendly, kind, and welcoming, and has created a space that is relaxing while adhering to all the latest public health protocols. I will be returning to Saltwater Wellness frequently.
