Kate and her crew at Saltwater Wellness are true professionals that understand how to work with their clients to achieve the best results, ranging from pain relief, tension reduction, to relaxation and more. They are reasonably priced and are great communicators, both of which I find rare in the service industry. My first session was with Laila, who worked with my recent shoulder injury, locating spots around my neck and opposite sides to bring me great relief. I very much look forward to my next session with her!
I had a 90 minute massage with Laila today. It was absolutely the best massage I've ever had! She read my tense old body well and did the most amazing work using a combination of swedish relaxation massage and other pressure techniques that release a lot of tense muscles. Especially my most tense muscles in my back, neck, shoulders, and glutes. I will definitely be booking future massage with Laila, and highly recommend her work.
Kate is an absolute magician. She is incredibly intuitive and knowledgeable about the body and her space and energy are blissfully calming. And I know she has high standards for herself and all practitioners so this practice is a win with any practitioner! Highly recommend!
