I have been to Saltwater medical for about 7 or 8 years. All the staff are great,Drsand nurses and administrators team. Dr Nicola and Jen run the perfect medical practice ♥️
The Saltwater team provide a professional, frendly and calming environment. From making appointments, either online or over the phone; to short wait times for appointments; friendly and knowledgeable doctors who go the extra mile to understand their patient and genuinely care about their health; to the reception staff who are friendly and polite, the whole experience at Saltwater is reassuring and comforting.
The best clinic our family has attended. Thank you so much to the whole team but I have to say a very special mention to Jenny the nurse. As a mumma I was so nervous but she was so calming and nurturing towards me and my kids did not even cry when they got the needle - something I was dreading of hearing. The whole clinic was very professional and caring. They weren’t above and beyond for my family and it’s the best doctors we have ever been to.
I have been a patient of Saltwater Medical for 5+ years. The team provides exceptional care. All of the Doctors, and the nursing and admin staff, are knowledgeable, empathetic, and generally (barring emergencies) run on time. Having accessed the services of GP practices for over 40 years, I have never experienced a better patient doctor experience than the one provided at Saltwater Medical.
