Condo was great. Has one of the better parking garages to get in and out of. We lucked out with weather so beautiful beach and pool weather all weekend. Fridge was broken but between the smaller one they put in the unit and our cooler, we were able to make it work to keep everything cold. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
I stayed in Graceful Tides with my family of 4 and my sister’s family of 4, so 8 total. There was plenty of space for all of us. It was great that there was an elevator, because there were a lot of stairs! The place was reasonably clean, though we did find some hairs laying around (not ours). The location was excellent. Condo was immaculate and well appointed. Very comfortable for a week long stay! The views were amazing. I am most impressed with the customer service I received. Thank you specifically to Elizabeth. She was amazing to work with and took very good care of our specific needs during our stay! Highly recommend this company to book with!
I had a great stay at the Saltwater Grande property. This was my first beach trip in 4 years due to back surgery and the villa we used was perfect. The Saltwater Grande staff make the booking and access so easy for us. We did not have any issues at all, and I plan to book for the same location next year. It was truly a great experience.
We stayed at Stairway to Havens South and it was just perfect! There was plenty of room and then some for the 8 of us. The pool was a great alternative in lieu of going to the beach days. The distance to the beach is short and an easy walk. We were a little disappointed on our check out day, being approached by a Saltwater Grande employee at 0900, ensuring we were checking out at 1000, while we were loading our 2 cars. Made us feel like we were being rushed out. Other than that, everything was great!
