We had an amazing stay, and I wanted to extend a heartfelt thank you. The place was absolutely beautiful. clean. organized. and so thoughtfully maintained. The kitchen was spotless, the bedrooms were clean and comfortable. and having towels supplied made everything even easier for us. Your hospitality truly went above and beyond. This was our second stay at Sea Watch Resort but our first with Saltwater Grande as the rental company and we couldn’t have been happier. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Communication with the admin team was fantastic. We were in need of a pack n play the second day of our stay so I messaged at 10pm and someone from the team delivered one the next morning. Our only complaint was a broken dishwasher but hand washing isn’t so bad with a beautiful ocean view. We plan to use Saltwater Grande for future stays!
An amazing stay. They knocked it out of the park with our celebration requests. This condo was meticulously cleaned, stocked and decorated. We will be back for sure.
We had a wonderful time. The family said immediately, "this is cool". The youngsters stayed in the pools. My only complaint is that the toilet stool in the master in 612 is preschool size. I have bad knees and lymphadema in my legs making using that small toilet a real challenge. Otherwise, the unit was great. We will come back again. (I will request a handicap unit next time).
Just finished a long weekend at the Stairway to Havens location and will definitely be back. We were on a quiet street a block away from the beach and the atmosphere was really very special. My family of 5 (2 parents and three kids under 13) had more than enough room. The kids were crazy about the jacuzzi tub and we really appreciated the selection of board games/puzzles that came with the stay.
