Nothing went to plan for us — not the 5-week early arrival, the hospital, the medical team, or the delivery method. The only constant was our incredible doula, Ashley. We used saltwater, specifically Jamie as our doula for our second baby. She was the most grounding, strong support and was there for me from conception through postpartum. Answered all of my questions and got additional resources and support from her team on more complex questions. Got my successful VBAC and had such an amazing birth experience with her by my side. I couldn’t have done it without her. I highly highly recommend Jamie!!

Being pregnant for the first time, the prospect of birth and having a newborn was overwhelming. I cannot express how grateful I am to have found SaltWater Doulas. I had the pleasure of working with Genna and Melissa; due to my longer labor, Genna called Melissa for back up! Both Genna and Melissa were very knowledgable on different techniques to help baby get into a better position to assist in a smooth delivery.
