My husband and i recently attended the 1 day Childbirth education class with Alyssa! It was amazing. We learned soooo many valuable things and left feeling so much more prepared for our first kiddo to enter the world. We attended pretty late (36 Weeks) but i would definitely recommend attending earlier in your pregnancy. Went in with so many questions. Had pages of questions and concerns written down upon entry. At end of class I looked them over to see what was left to address and was shocked that they all had been answered. Feeling so prepared and confident thanks to Alyssa’s expertise and prowess. Thank you Alyssa! Wish everyone was a seconds generation expert in what they’re doing in this world.
Rachael was amazing to have at my birth! My first experience with a doula was terrible but this time around Rachael showed me what I was missing out on. She was caring, calm, and there for me every step of the way. She made me feel comfortable and supported whatever I wanted along the way. I highly highly recommend!
