2 things that require improvement: -something is wrong with the middle management. the staff aren't well co-ordinated with one another. you are told that things will be done, and they aren't done -the clinic relies on fear and force to administer drugs, rather than working collaboratively with patients. most patients are injected with drugs without consent and with little regard to the negative effects of treatment
It is clear the government don't give a damn about the mentally ill and vulnerable. A family member has been let down by the government system again!!!! What a surprise. What a disgrace.
Quite a few things that require improvement: -treat comorbidities, a lot of patients are clearly experiencing anti-psychotic induced weight gain which isn't being treated. there are lots of other examples but this one is really obvious. -improve the decor, I understand that this is difficult for the outside but the inside could do with a makeover. It would make the place much more welcoming. -you should really do some prospective cohort studies to see how treatment affects long-term outcomes like employment, social connected... read more
