Fell in love with their mint & rosemary room scent this past weekend. Purchased the room spray & was very excited to find out I can continue to support this company from my home in Victoria.
Usually the customer service at Salt Spring soap works in Duncan is excellent. I frequently visit the store to get refills and buy new products. However most recently the service is sadly lacking. I went yesterday and store was closed (normally open on Thursdays). I returned today to get refills. The lady working asked if I could wait while she unpacked the products which I said I could. Salt Spring Island Soap works is a staple in my beauty routine. Their bars of soap have magnificent scents and are super moisturizing, as well as their lip balms and face masks. I consistently give friends and family gifts from this company. Highly reccommend.
Visited this store on Salt Spring Island and in Victoria. Really friendly service at both locations. I love their body/hand wash - Lemongrass Coconut and Mango Lime.
