I recently ordered a salt cell generator and cable for our pool pilot digital Nano system. Ordering the part online was very easy. I had an issue with my system this spring. Found the cell cable melted along with the harness on the bottom of the control board. Ordered both parts which arrived quickly and hooked them up. I still had an issue which ended up my user error on my part. I messaged tech support and Josh was very quick to respond and diagnose the issue over the course of a few emails.
