Recently needed to replace a chlorine generator control. Decided to get the replacement from Saltpool Guys after reading their reviews. The reviews are legit! Dealt with Josh with question on wiring and the again on an error code reading. As a contractor/developer I’ve dealt with many tech support people over the years. I would give Josh 10 stars. So I bought a replacement salt cell from this place several years ago and then kind of forgot about them. I recently had an issue with my Auto Pilot Pool Pilot salt system, which was giving me an error message. I looked them up and saw that you can text them so I did.. They responded to my text within 30 seconds and I relayed the problem to them. The gentleman advised me to send him a picture of the inside of the unit which I did..
