Went today for my first salt therapy session and it was amazing. It's super relaxing inside the salt room and you can actually taste the salt in the air. They explained all the amazing benefits that salt therapy can have and I'm so excited to continue going and seeing the results. I have asthma and allergies so I can't wait to see what happens. I'll be back! I'd definitely recommend buying 4 or so sessions at once because you get the best benefits from going multiple times. Check them out.
