We normally eat at Saltgrass in the Woodlands. Never had a bad meal there. We met some friends at the Willowbrook location for dinner. What a disaster. I ordered a Ribeye that tasted like a 2-day-old steak that had been reheated. Zero taste, awful. My wife had blackened Redfish. Same thing, horrible. Being with some new friends, didn't seem right to make a big deal at the table. I'm reaching out by email to the website. I sent off an email over 2 weeks ago. No response. This is a review for the Saltgrass Steak House on I-20 in Arlington, Texas. Great food, Great service, wonderful atmosphere, and Paul, our server was friendly, prompt, and courteous. I hope we get him next time we visit!
