My husband n I ordered the Salmon Oscar. It was very delicious. Our waiter n manager were very polite. They both introduce to us. We will be going back. March 8th 2021
Not a local, but I eat at Saltgrass every chance I to go to Bossier. Love the menu, food is awesome, great kids menu, and service seems quite good to me!! You will not be disappointed. With a large group service may be a bit slow, but no more than any where else. Take your chances... You will go back for more!!
Saltgrass' service is for the pits, but I really blame the management as they dont ever want to show their faces when a problem arises that can easily be fixed. Paul (don't know the last name), the General Manager, was everything but polite, very rude and doesn't know half the things he preaches.
DELICIOUS! Allow plenty of time though there is usually a waitsince it is so good!
