100% recommend working with Salters Fireplace. We pirchased a gas insert and everyone from sales, in-store, and installation were incredible to work with. The installation team came and had to install on the hottest day of the summer and had to run the gas line about 20ft. They were extremely efficient and professional. We are very pleased!
Excellent service
We came here looking to have our fireplace hearth and surround redone. After multiple visits in store, phone calls and in home estimates , Salters agreed to take on the project and so we gave a deposit. They came out, took measurements and then a couple of weeks later bailed on the project saying it was too complicated for them. It took 2 weeks for the deposit to be refunded and we now then had to start all over with the remodel of our fireplace. Working with Salter's has been an extremely positive experience. Ordered a Napoleon grill and griddle through them. I spent time communicating with both Jim and Lisa during the course of a few months while we were planning a project. At every step of the way they were very knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. They have excellent knowledge of both their and the industry products that really helped us make good decisions for our project.
