Very nice place if you’re looking for anything related to having fires. Very, very nice staff. They are very knowledgeable on all their products. They are in the process of renovating so it’s not so nice looking in certain areas. The selection of anything fireplaces are impressive. Prices are reasonable from nice low end models to some of the best. Overall it’s a great place to repair, replace, add or get ideas for your home.
So wonderful! My gas fireplace was installed by my contractor incorrectly (major fire hazard). I suspected something. Called Salter’s. They redid it and in time for the holidays!!! (Even though they were really booked!). Knowledgeable, pleasant, fast, reliable …what more can I say. Thank you Salter’s.
Jim was great. I opted for a floor model so we could get it right away and Jim made sure we had everything we needed. Very responsive to emails and phone calls. Would definitely recommend Salter's to anyone.
