Salter’s is a well organized company, and provides good service. I did have some issues with unclear communication. They were unable to install a woodstove due to chimney problems. I asked if a gas fireplace could be installed, but did not receive an estimate though I was charged the full amount to inspect the chimney. It was unexpected for me that the full charge would be made. This was not clearly communicated

We are soo happy with Salter's! We've been using them for years. Between Lisa, Chip, Darrel, etc. - everyone has offered us outstanding service and we couldn't be happier. If you get your equipment serviced, ask for Chip! He's the best!
