Ended up being so frustrated after a couple minutes on the phone I just hang up without much communication and no questions answered. Needed a car quick as the insurance company wrote my sons much loved Subie hatchback off less than a week before Christmas. Brian went above and beyond to process the sale and have our sons new to him Subaru ready for pick up in time. He was extremely busy but still made time to help us out. Brian is a true professional that cares for his customers. Highly recommended.
I have been trying get my 200 dollar refund back from "Manager" Brian for well over a week, I have been informed MANY times it will be "overnight" deposit. Very quick to take my money, couldn't be bothered returning it?. Would NOT recommend.. very unprofessional.
Traded my car through (westpoint) as I work for them and Brian made everything very straight forward and was able to get everything moving forward pretty quickly and effortlessly.
