While I cannot recommend Brendon from the finance sector enough, he was absolutely amazing, respectful, and never pushy. The rest of my experience at Salters Car Yard was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Brian, the sales manager, was not professional. His communication and time management were seriously lacking, and I constantly had to chase him up regarding when I could pick up my car. Paid a $200 refundable deposit on the 7th of April for a car, never heard anything back about finance. I have been asking for my refund back since the 9th of may. The car has since been relisted and sold and still no refund despite multiple emails text messages and phone calls. I was promised it would be refunded ASAP! STILL NO REFUND!!! SHIT SERVICE!!! dont pay the 200 dollar deposit.
Poor service from Brian in the used car sales. I expected better from a so-called manager and from a well known car dealership. If I knew I was going to be stuffed around so much, I would've saved my time and gone elsewhere. Lack of communication, personality and morals.
Bought a Kia Carnival in January paid it outright and Brian was very helpful and a good bloke who knew I wanted the car asap. That's were the good ends! Car has an aftermarket infotainment system installed in it as the original one had failed. This unit I was told was under warranty, my issue is that now that is installed the cars front parking sensors no longer work.
