Katie at Saltern Salon is truly a miracle worker. I first came to her five years ago with extremely damaged hair, and she took such thoughtful care in restoring its health while still making it look beautiful along the way. My hair is now healthier than it has ever been, and I receive compliments all the time on my color and cut. The salon itself is absolutely adorable, and beyond her incredible talent, Katie has become more than just my hairstylist, she’s become a friend. I couldn’t recommend her more!

i had been a redhead for 35 yrs and was ready to return to my *natural* color. it took a year of research & bad consults but it finally led me to Katie. she has an extensive knowledge of both color and cut. she did an amazing color correction, and subsequent touch-ups have been great. more imoortantly, she listens! the salon is clean & comfortable. always a good experience!
Katie has been amazing over the five years that I have been going to her. She has attended to my personal hair needs and is careful to recommend treatments that are good for my hair! I get a ton of compliments on my hair!!
