A disappointing experience, I visited last week for a specialty coffee and a bite to eat, but the customer service was poor. The staff was inattentive, distracted by their phones, and busy talking to each other. Furthermore, retail customers were allowed to jump the queue ahead of cafe patrons.Unfortunately, the quality did not justify the high prices. The coffee was underwhelming, and the food was very dry. The cafe is a hidden gem in the neighborhood. I love coming here to sit and read while my kid takes a class nearby. They make a wonderful matcha, and the store is adorable and relaxing. Highly recommended even if you’re not in the market for little house on the prairie 😋 sort of goods.
Had the worst chai latte…it was so watery with no flavor
