Jenna is great. I love my hair. She was absolutely a JEM! Friendly, polite and made me feel comfortable during my service.
Disappointed in this salons lack of responsiveness. I booked an appointment online “pending approval”. I booked 4 days in advance and waited for a response. The day before the appointment I tried calling, texting and sending a message through instagram to see if this appointment was approved. I didn’t get a response on any platform. If the salon only accepts certain clients, then I wish they would have just declined the appointment so I could have had time to book somewhere else. Stop reading this review and book in with Jarolyn ASAP. She does the BEST facials! I could stop there because dang, those facials are amazing, but, she is also such an amazing person. I recently visited Salted-Wave Studio for a facial and dermaplaning session. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. I had the most incredible experience. My esthetician, Chani, was extremely professional and took the time to listen to my skin concerns before starting.
