Seems silly at first. But my Husband and I truly enjoyed the experience. An amazing way to settle the mind. Our breathing has never been better. Professional and extremely clean atmosphere. Made a mental/physical health day of ot. Headed to elements massage after. Great day!

I just visited the Saltana Cave today. It was an amazing and renewing experience. Not only did I leave feeling both mentally and physically relaxed and at peace, but I also left more mindful. I would definitely recommend the Saltana Caves to anyone who is in need of relaxation.
