I recently went in to have all four of my tires replaced, but unfortunately my experience was not a good one. There was an issue removing one of the lug nuts, and instead of trying alternative methods, the older gentleman seemed willing to damage it. I respectfully suggested trying another approach, but his attitude quickly turned negative and he told me to take my business elsewhere.
