I live here and they don't pick up the trash as scheduled, it sits on the property, The management Tidewater is lousy.. I have been emailing for over a week to get my bushes trimmed which is covered by the HOA fees. The kids play in your yard. HOA meetings are ALWAYS canceled!! Safe neighborhood, lousy service!! 90% renters
Not very well run. Probably why 25 units are for sale. They’re on their 3rd manager in 6 months as well, ugh.
