I live here as well, and have not had the experience mentioned. Been here from the start, year round resident. The staff has been attentive, competent, kind. The cleaning staff is on duty continuously and does a very good job. We enjoy our neighbor residents and the various homeowner committees are very involved in the condo community. The views are spectacular, and living in DTSP is excellent.
