Can I give 0 starts! My 76 year old mom and her friend booked for this month back in November. She received a letter a week stating there will be minor construction. The company knew way back in December which would have given my mom time to find another place ! They get to the condo and find out they have no balcony with blue tarp covering the window that had a view of the beach and ocean which she paid for !!! I would not recommend or use them again... they are a little bit shady and aggressive. First, they poached me from Air BNB, as that was the site I was booking on, then I get an e mail to say go through SWV and save money. I did not get the insurance as I have never needed it in the past, but this time, due to illness we could not make the trip. I knew that I would lose the money, but when I looked at the contract, it said cleaning fee was added. Since the unit would be clean when I got there, and I would not be using it, I a... read more
