I have no experience with this company in the Navarre, Florida area. Their options look great. Yet, I belong to an HOA who has Covenants that specifically state no Short-Term Rentals allowed as well as the HOA is R1 zoning which also prohibits business. This company is apparently booking for an owner/home which has repeatedly been notified that it is not okay to book in our HOA. I can't imagine going to a ST rental for a vacation and find out the home sits in an HOA where the owners pay dues to keep it residential. That seem... read more
