I caught covid at the start of the month. I got the opportunity to have a session today and I could feel my sinuses clearing up from just 45 minutes. It's an incredibly calming space with super soothing music and lovely chairs to sit on while you breathe in that lovely salty air! I went in feeling suuuuper drained and I came out feeling still less so and so relaxed. Can't recommend it enough.

This is my happy place! Every time I walk through the door I feel so welcomed by Matilda and Rick! The salt room brings me a sense of calm, allows me to fully stop and relax and the greatest health benefit is that it has made a big difference to my asthma and allergies!

This place is my haven! I suffer from asthma and chronic sinusitis so coming here really helps improve my health and supports my immune system ~ especially over the colder months! I do weekly salt and sauna sessions and my body really thanks me for it! It's my guaranteed moment of Zen in my hectic work schedule which I now can't live without! Also Matilda is an absolute gem who is always really loving and welcoming.

At first I was definitely a little sceptical about whether or not salt rooms actually do anything or they are placebo affect. But after 3 sessions dealing with a shocking flu I could actually breathe easier and I was finally able to see my new baby niece without any concern of getting her sick. The rooms are dark and warm and was even lucky enough to get a nice blanket to relax with. Would highly recommend checking out a salt room I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised in the best way
