Do not trust salt and sweat. My husband used them for semaglutide shots and the so called “Dr. Annie” told the location to give him a shot with the wrong dosage. Instead of the .75 mg shot my husband was supposed to receive he was given 2.5 mg. He became violently ill for a few weeks with ongoing vomiting and diarrhea for days and missed 4 days of work. Got the sauna and massage package. Lindsay was my masseuse and he was great! Took the time to listen to my pain areas and show me how to stretch at home before even getting the massage. Sauna was very clean and staff was attentive.
Updated: My original 4 star review was for the Darien location that now appears to have closed in what is a very busy plaza. I've never been to this Rye location, didn't post my review for that location (so not sure why it's showing up here), and cannot vouch for this place. Updating accordingly. --------------------- This place is convenient and has an infrared sauna that is easy to book and no fuss. This place is convenient and has an infrared sauna that is easy to book and no fuss. I wish they had hooks in the room for the clothes but outside of that the staff is really helpful and pleasant. It's a bit more expensive than some other places but this is Darien. It is to be expected given the area.
