Super kind and welcoming staff, and the food was just as good!
Chin is an exceptionally talented chef. I had the privilege of sampling much of her cooking/baking and every single dish was outstanding...bold flavor, beautiful presentation, and clearly made with real care and skill. Fresh, artisanal, and packed with personality. S.A.L.T. Suburban Kitchen is one of the most exciting food operations in the Salt Lake area. Highly recommend seeking her out...you won’t be disappointed.
I only got to have their food at a food truck, otherwise I would have rated it higher. But the food itself was really good and full of flavor. I’m hoping to go to the actual location but the food truck was nice!
Really nice people and good food. I got the Birria Potstickers and was surprised at how good that fusion was.
