The staff were friendly, and I appreciated that they were able to fit me in the day after I called. The salon itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing. However, I was very disappointed with my haircut. At first, I thought I liked it when I left the salon, but once I saw it properly, I felt let down. I specifically asked for layers and face framing, but after washing and styling my hair at home, I realized that neither was actually done. Unfortunately, it feels like a waste of money, as I didn’t get the haircut I asked for.
