Thank you Bri (did I spell it right?) for serving me today! I was there 11/19 around 2pm. I came because an email promotion said that you could get a free kids scoop if you brought a cookie recipe in by 11/19. But once I got there, the signage said the promo ended 11/15. Bri needed to ask her manager but as we waited for the manager to return she let me sample some ice cream. The manager returned and honored the email. Salt & Straw has some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had. The monthly flavors are always something interesting. Theres some amazing classics too. Theres a flavor for everyone. My favorites are pistachios, strawberry balsamic, and coffee & love nuts. The staff is amazing, kind and knowledgeable. When the store is packed with guest they do the best they can to provide exceptional service to each customer.
There is no ice cream shop in NYC that is comparable to Salt & Straw. Their flavors are so layered and have such a depth that when you try any of their ice cream, you might just think it's the best ice cream you have ever tasted...and it is. We recently went in and got their signature honey lavender and limited edition flavors maple koginut squash with pomegranate and parker house rolls with salted buttercream. They were unbelievable.
