I had the best customer service tonight! I believe the workers name was Haven, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. She had such a positive attitude, was patient, and genuinely made us feel valued as customers. Amazing Place! Haven was our ice cream expert, and it was so fun to listen to her explain all about the different flavors that caught our eye. We got to try samples before settling on our flavors and highly recommend the waffle cone. 10/10 recommend Salt & Straw and having Haven serve is an exceptional treat ♡
