I love salt & straw but this location has the worst presentation I've ever experienced. When we asked to sample the flavors of the month, the employee asked if we wanted to share or have our own. She did not describe any of the new flavors like they usually do. My husband got a waffle cone and single scoop and it was absolutely lacking. We are used to the cone being full of ice cream with the scoop bulging from the top. This one was skimpy, cone empty, and just full of air. Super disappointing 😔
Anne is goated
The salted malted chocolate chip cookie dough and honey lavender flavors here are what ice cream flavors at other places dream they could be. The service here is amazing as well; of course, it’s because they have wonderful people like Anne, one of the ultra helpful and friendly employees who helped me choose from the mouth watering selection of flavors that make Salt & Straw WORTH EVERY SINGLE POINT in EVERY 5 of the STARS I’m giving this place! You can bank on me visiting again within the month, and bringing friends.
Love coming to salt and straw. Their limited edition flavors are always spot on. Nathan was a great server and really improved the experience.
Nathan is the best! He gave me like legit 6 samples, and everybody got double scoops because of him!
