Tucked into the ever-cool Pike/Pine Corridor, our Capitol Hill scoop shop is inspired by the neighborhood’s high-design happenings, hip residents, and late-night splendor. A hub of Seattle’s LGBTQ community, the heartbeat of the '90s grunge scene, and home to some of the city’s best coffeehouses (and that’s saying a lot), Capitol Hill is one of our favorite parts of the city.

Seasonal: Vanilla Apple Custard Tart- ZERO apple taste. All I taste is pie crust. 0 stars. Honey Apple Cider Sorbet- Too much honey and not enough apple. 1 star. For a monthly theme of apples, you sure are getting barely any apple flavor. Let down.
Check out their monthly seasonal flavors. Always have 2 or 3 vegan options.
While it's REALLY crowded and often has a line out the door, I will say the wait is worth it. The flavors they offer here are definitely all over the place (I think I saw bleu cheese?) I got a really generous serving in a waffle bowl which was a bit too much for me, definitely start with a single scoop.
