Extremely disappointing experience. I walked into the store before closing and was greeted at the door and told that I was one of the last people in line. When it was my turn to come up to the counter, I was told I would not be offered samples because “the store was already closed.” Why would a store clerk greet me and then refuse Salt and Straw’s full service? Stay away. Clearly, the staff will cut corners to go home early.

Great ice cream :) Plenty of different choices. Loved the arbequina olive oil ice cream and the honey lavender.

I love salt and straw but I hate this location particularly. Our last experience made us feel uncomfortable and singled out. The employee serving us suddenly went to put on a mask when it became our turn, even though she had been serving other customers without one. Then while my son was watching her scoop the ice cream — because he was excited — she told him, “Don’t look at me like that, you scared me.” He’s only 10 years old and was just excited looking at the ice cream.
