Their ice cream is phenomenal! DO NOT get ice cream anywhere else in Disney Springs. We had a great experience on the evening of Sept. 12th. Brianna (Sp?) was so sweet to let us sample and gave suggestions. We ordered a double scoop of the Sea Salt Caramel and a scoop of the Hazelnut Cookie and Cream with a scoop of the Panther Coffee. Nevin has really great customer service! We went in for the new fall flavors and he played a fun guessing game with us to try and guess which of the flavors we were trying, you can definitely tell he knew a lot about the menu. Definitely recommend and cant wait to come back!
Best brownie fudge ice cream that I’ve had in my entire life! I was speechless! We also tried the coffee tres leches, which was really good too. I will definitely come back.
Nevin was absolutely amazing and gave us the best customer service ever!!
