Receptionist is the best, So kind! She ALWAYS offers to help me down the stairs with my stroller and daughter. Once she even watched my 1 year old daughter, so I could get my tooth fixed! Thank you
The worst experience I’ve had at a dental office.. the receptionist was so cold she didn’t make you feel welcome and very very rude I can’t even articulate how rude this lady was to me.. condescending, belittling! I brought it up to staff and they brushed it off to that’s just how she was deal with ! She came in during my cleaning and told me I had to stop talking because the hygienist had a patient after me.. Best experience I've ever had at a dentist. Hygienist was gentle for the initial cleaning and X-rays were super easy as they have all digital equipment. Dr. Jake replaced all my metal fillings from the 80s with no pain or discomfort whatsoever. It was actually a very pleasant experience under the circumstances. Highly recommend, especially if you are someone who dreads going to the dentist like me.
I concur with the positive reviews. Receptionist went out of her way to get me in ahead of the 1 month booking time. She had to cancel me once due to snow but got me in shortly after. I’m seriously wondering about the negative reviews because my wife and I have both had extensive experience with both dentists and we have a very high opinion of both Doctors.
