Jackie is literally the best. She did a 5.5 hour service like a champ and my hair came out at the end of it looking absolutely beautiful and so so healthy. She literally a wizard. Worth every cent and then some.
I had a highlight session with a stylist at Salt Salon that I was not completely satisfied with. I reached out to the owner Amanda and received a prompt and thoughtful response. She clearly addressed my concerns and was tactful in how she interacted with me. I appreciated the validation that she provided me. Amanda was able to get me on her schedule immediately (on her day off, might I add) to do a color correction, free of charge. We had the best experience at Salt Salon for Krista’s wedding day! The salon was such a vibe—stylish, relaxed, and full of great energy. The entire team was incredibly accommodating and a true joy to be around on the morning of the wedding. Every hair and makeup artist went above and beyond to make Krista, her family, and friends feel beautiful and cared for. Highly recommend this amazing team for any special occasion—you’ll be in the best hands!
LONG overdue for a review but Salt Salon is absolutely amazing. My stylist (Jackie) and Amanda (owner) are incredible at what they do. Very reasonably priced as well. Happy to finally have a go to salon after trying many places downtown Portsmouth! 10/10 recommend
