Our first time to a salt room and it was a pleasant experience. My son and I were alone in the room so we chatted a little and took a nap. The chairs are relaxing. I felt like it helped my respiratory system. The place is clean and visually appealing. We will go again. Since that first visit, I have gone several more times. They clean the rooms between each session. The sessions are so relaxing. It always helps my respiratory system. In fact my pulmonologist recommends that I go to the Salt Room.
We’ve been coming to the Salt Room in Lakeland for at least 4 years now, and I can’t say enough about how grateful we are. The owner truly cares about every family that walks through her doors. Because of her guidance and encouragement on what questions to ask our pediatrician, we were able to find out that our baby had an autoimmune disease. That discovery changed everything for us. Great experience, very relaxing, helps me with sinus issues and inflammation
I wasn't feeling well very congested and went to salt room. The room is relaxing and you do come feel salty. So this helped with my breathing and congestion. I was glad . I will go again.
I cannot say enough great things about this place! The salt therapy treatment has truly been a lifesaver for me and my infant child. I have struggled with sinus infections turning into bronchitis for years, but after discovering this hidden gem, I have found relief.
