If I could give zero stars I would. I held my "Monty" in my arms as he was put to sleep. I believe if he had the care he deserved he would be cuddling with us as usual. Our Monty was having diarrhea for a few weeks. We took him to our regular vet, Dr. Burke (he is the best!). He did blood work and said he needed to see a specialist. Dr Aguirre clearly only cares about money. Regularly didn’t call us back on emergencies, didn’t completely fill us in on reasons for procedures that cost a lot and then made a horrible quip about how he has “guidelines in place to prevent him from getting this bad” when I desperately called him for advice when my baby was starving to death due to kidney failure.
