SRP bill high I put in a new air conditioner , made sure all lights and electric item are off..but the SRP bill still is high..and now they want to raise the fees again..too bad we have no other choice.

We've always received good customer service. And once, when they made an error on our bill they promptly fixed it & even gave us bonus credit for the inconvenience... all without us having to make a fuss or anything like that.
