I’m honestly heartbroken and angry writing this. I’ve done everything I’m supposed to do — upgraded to LED bulbs, bought a more efficient AC, tried to lower my usage, and made conscious choices to save energy and money. And what happens? SRP just hikes rates and takes those savings right back out of my pocket. It feels like no matter how responsible you try to be, the system is designed so you can’t win. Very kind and educated guy (only talk to one)but after finishing the job they were doing forgot to pick up the screws from the road,sadly is right in front of my house and can cause some damage to my car tires I got it,maybe they’re on a rush or else so I picked up the screws but please just think if is you next time …be kind
Power was out for 5 to 6 hours last night it's screwed everything thing up to my hot water and heat not happy my apartment complex is taking care of it why was the power out for so long
I have lived in many places. I am guessing SRP became available around 1990 to my location. My experience is SRP is as good as any business and my experience being better. They have been dependable, easy to contact and well qualified to assist in an efficient warm manner. I am confident rates are competitive. If anyone important reads this I want to give the biggest thank you to Yadir or Yadira! I called in and spoke to the first rep and after explaining my situation all the could offer me was switching to 30 credit for empower when I was just asking for 1 more week. And I called back got Yadira and gave me all my options and finally was able to get my extension going! SHE'S THE BEST REPRESENTATIVE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH AT SRP, HAD SRP FOR 10 YRS. REPS LIKE HER ARE THE REASON I STAY. 1000000000/10 ☺️
