Power was out for 5 to 6 hours last night it's screwed everything thing up to my hot water and heat not happy my apartment complex is taking care of it why was the power out for so long

They have been dependable, easy to contact and well qualified to assist in an efficient warm manner. I am confident rates are competitive. If anyone important reads this I want to give the biggest thank you to Yadir or Yadira! I called in and spoke to the first rep and after explaining my situation all the could offer me was switching to 30 credit for empower when I was just asking for 1 more week. And I called back got Yadira and gave me all my options and finally was able to get my extension going! SHE'S THE BEST REPRESENTATIVE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH AT SRP, HAD SRP FOR 10 YRS. REPS LIKE HER ARE THE REASON I STAY. 1000000000/10 ☺️
Prices increase, but they still be sure to keep their zoo lights on, and host employee events at the zoo. Guess this is why there's an increase in rates. We used to attend Zoolights every year, and we had a zoo membership. I can no longer afford either with this increase, so no more zoo light tradition, and bye bye Phx Zoo, I gotta keep my lights on.
