First of all Everyone knows in there back of there mind wheather or not a (place) made you put down a deposit!!..i mean thats something u dont forget right?! Wish they worked better with solar and renewable energy. Very predatory on rate increases and efficiency programs with little regards to brown outs of local business operations and wfh consumers
Disconnected without notice(not even a phone call) after I attempted to make a payment that apparently never went through. This is why you try to get in touch with someone first.
Ran off with $149 from my account after I moved out and turned off my electricity. Couple hours of phone calls wouldn’t help either. .. The photos clearly indicate different dates. (1/2 payments after move-out).
I was the victim of identity theft and an SRP account was opened in my name. Despite not having any financial obligation or duty to me, SRP was unbelievably helpful in investigating my claims and eventually getting the fraudulent debt removed from my credit report. If I lived in Arizona, they would have my business.
