Food is great. Everything is good but definitely order the devilled eggs. Cocktails exceptional. Our favourite is the whiskey sour with no ice, egg white and a rye whiskey. The best place to sit is the bar. There are five seats on the left as you walk in. Get there 15 mins before opening at 5pm to get seats.
Was absolutely outstanding and exceptional experience here in Salt & rind.
Had an excellent lunch and will be back! So many good options in downtown Waterbury, but this is kind of a hidden gem a block away from all the big names. Best oysters I've had in a while in VT
