Pool was not built to specification poor workmanship and excuses after excuses. Richard was not interested in fixing the issue, he just hid behind the report of his "independent engineers report" whom mind you does all Richards work. The report was supposed to be independent. My reports have proven very different and point to failure in the pool construction. Since this review I have had to get the pool retiled from the waterline up by a professional Tile company. Richard built our swimming pool and we are very happy with the finished product. Only reason didn’t give 5 stars is COVID delays stopped works but I guess it’s not their fault. Anyway we are all completed and happy with it.
So, impressed with the service that I received from Astrid Workman through every process from start to finish. She goes beyond and above all expectations to ensure that her customers are satisfied. Amazing people. Excellent Service.
Seriously not worth the stress!!!! Go elsewhere peoples don't trust these guys!!!! Not reliable!!!!
