Fabulous same day service. Rhys clearly knows what he is doing. Our instantaneous gas hot water decided not to work. After excellent diagnostics, Rhys found that the control panel was fried. He installed a temporary system so we had hot water again. He will try to find a way to repair our system, unlike others who would just sell us a new system. Very professional and trustworthy.
