Spent enough money to receive free shipping but had to pay out of pocket for shipping to have an item exchanged. Bought the hand-stitched Florida flag belt and used the sizing chart on their website and it still was entirely too small. Called to inquire about the return policy and left two separate voicemails which were never returned. Disappointed by the customer service here.
