Easily one of the best Pulled Pork platters in New Jersey. The meat was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The sides were all phenomenal, and the portions were plenty. The service and setup also top-notch. Great food!
Absolutely delicious and nice portions!! We tried the pulled pork and the brisket platters, along with the beans, coleslaw, smoked macaroni and cheese, potato salad, and cornbread. Everything was fantastic!! We will definitely be regular customers.
I went to Needle Creek Brewery for a car show this past weekend and Salt Pepper Garrlic BBQ was there slinging BBQ there, and I'm so glad they were. I had the brisket, my brother had the ribs and we also had the beans, macaroni salad, mac & cheese and corn bread! Everything was EXCELLENT!! I'd definitely recommend going to an event that they're catering or even hire them for and private party. You won't be disappointed!
